All CBD oil is not created to the same high standard and level of purity. Our CBD is 100% natural, and the gold standard for organic CBD oil. Exclusively sourced from sustainable hemp in the EU, we provide golden-grade CBD oil via a proprietary filtration process in European laboratories. Our CBD oil is also rich in beneficial terpenes. Bottles are available in three concentrations of 2.5%, 4%, and 10% CBD. The former two are available in three sizes of 10ml, 30ml, and 50ml, while our 10% CBD formula is available in 10ml and 30ml bottles.

Golden Extracts CBD hemp seed oil is our latest innovative product that combines the natural healing properties of CBD with hemp seed extracts. Our formulation exploits the synergistic power of this combination, resulting in a superior product. CBD hemp seed oil is available in 5% concentrations in 10ml, 30ml, and 50ml bottles. Our 20% concentration comes in 10ml and 30ml bottles.

What sets Golden Extracts CBD oils and CBD hemp seed oils apart from all others is our fusion of organic, non-GMO, and chemical-free ingredients with 21st century science to create a top-quality product. We never cut corners and we don’t isolate for crystalline CBD because we understand the power of the whole hemp plant. All our oils contain natural terpenes and terpenoids that are typically filtered out by our competitors. That’s why our CBD oil is more effective than any isolate could ever be. Best of all, with our convenient dropper bottles, they couldn’t be easier to dose with precision.

Our CBD oil has an olive oil base, making it perfect for ingestion and/or topical application. Similarly, our hemp seed CBD oil is endowed with all of the natural healing power of hemp extract. All of our CBD products are non-psychoactive and produced to the Golden Extracts gold standard.

The human nervous system contains a large number of receptors. Receptors are like mobile telephone masts transmitting signals. But if a mobile mast accepts an electromagnetic wave as a signal, receptors use specific molecules to transmit messages.

One of the receptor systems is the so-called endocannabinoid system (ECS). ECS receptors are located in the human brain and in the peripheral nervous system – spinal cord and nerves. In the brain, the receptors reside in areas responsible for perception, concentration, memory and movement. That’s why the ECS is involved in the regulation of many physiological processes including the feeling of pain, mood, and appetite. Interestingly, the ECS is also a part of in neural system response to physical excise. “Runner’s high” is caused by ECS action.

The ECS receptors are CB1 and CB2, 5-HT1A, μ, and δ. The receptors bind cannabinoid-like molecules produced by the nervous system, endorphins. One of the endorphin molecules transmitting signals in the ECS is 2-Arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG). It binds to CB1 and CB2 receptors. Cannabidiol, CBD, also bind to these receptors and replicates the effects of 2-AG.

CBD binds to the same receptors as psychoactive THC but has an opposite effect. If THC gets your nervous system into overdrive CBD makes it slow down.

In research, CBD has shown anti-spasmodic, anti-psychotic, anti-convulsive, and neuroprotective properties. Therefore, using CBD containing oil is a good way of muscle and general relaxation. CBD also alleviates everyday stress and makes the nervous system more resilient.
