Golden Extracts is a multi currency site trading in pounds sterling and euros. We trade in the United Kingdom, Spain and the Islands.
The currency prices per product are fixed to allow for our associated costs and to provide a stable pricing method for our customers. Our prices are not subject to a currency exchange rate.
Since our Headquarters and accounting is based in the UK, our dominant currency is in pounds sterling. If you are in Spain you can pay in euros for all local collection orders.

Gift Vouchers

You can buy our gift vouchers in various denominations. The gift voucher is not a discount voucher. It’s value is worth an equal amount in Store Credits and banked in your account with no expiry.
The recipient must have a Golden Extracts account for us to award the credits.
The credit can not be spent as part payment. You must have sufficient credits in your account to complete checkout.
Once you have sufficient credits in your account you will see an option to pay with credits instead of money.
For eg. If you want to buy 4% CBD at €35 you will need 35 credits in your account to checkout as full payment. There is no option to pay partially with credits and money.
*The recipient may purchase additional vouchers to ‘top up’ the Store Credit value.
Any unused credits will be stored in your account for future use.
If you are buying the gift voucher for a particular product please bear in mind the minimum number of credits required to complete the purchase. Take into consideration any postage costs.
You can earn extra credits through our Loyalty Credit Rewards which are awarded with each purchase or you can purchase them as gift vouchers.
You can purchase as many gift vouchers and in mixed denominations as you like.

Payment is accepted with a Visa or Mastercard – checkout with Quickpay. Your payment will not be taken from your card until we have shipped the goods.
You can also make payment by bank transfer. Select this method at checkout and follow the instructions. For bank transfer payments please include your order number on the reference.
You can pay for your goods if you collect from us in person.

Shipping policy

We thank you for your trust in placing  your order with us. We aim to send your order within 24 hours of payment. Shipping costs will vary according to the destination. International orders carry additional shipping charges.
If you have selected to pay by bank transfer and we are unable to fulfill your order for some reason once payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.
Orders are shipped from mainland Spain or the United Kingdom. We do not ship on public holidays.
We use Royal Mail to deliver all UK orders and Correos to ship within Spain from our distributors. All orders are sent with a tracking reference.
It is the customer responsibility to check the law and regulations to accept shipment of CBD products according to country of destination.
We do not take responsibility for any order that is affected by customs in any way whatsoever. This is out of our control.

How long does delivery take ?

Orders shipped within Spain and orders shipped within the UK will usually be delivered the next day, however please allow 4 to 5 working days before sending us a query regarding non receipt.
Your order will be shipped from different locations depending on stock available.
International orders may take 7 to 10 working days.


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be in their original sealed and unused condition for your refund to be compliant with these terms.
To cancel your order please tell us in writing by emailing us at [email protected] or you can use our
contact form.
The cost of return of the item will be made by the customer unless the item is damaged.


Should you receive goods that are damaged, not matching the description of the item or for any other reason you are entitled to return it within 14 days of purchase.
Once we are in receipt of the returned goods we will process your refund. Refund will be made back to the original payment method.
We recommend you use a tracked delivery method to return goods.
